Manuela Patterson- Director
Our childcare director is a committed and experienced leader who brings nine years of early childhood expertise to our center, with five of those years serving as a director. She fully supports her team, encourages professional growth, and consistently seeks opportunities to expand training and education for her staff. Her leadership style is rooted in collaboration, trust, and a genuine passion for quality childcare.
Balancing the responsibilities of running a center with being a full-time student, a mother of two, and a dedicated partner, she demonstrates exceptional resilience, organization, and heart. Her ability to manage it all while maintaining high standards makes her a strong, inspiring, and deeply valued leader within our program.
Desiree Mendoza- Assistant Director
Desiree brings over three years of childcare experience and a vibrant passion for Early Childhood Education, backed by her CDA certification. She’s one of the creative forces behind the exciting activities and events that make our center so special. From planning fun-filled experiences to tackling all the behind-the-scenes details in the office, Desiree keeps things running with energy, enthusiasm, and heart. She can’t wait to connect with every child and family and build strong, meaningful relationships along the way.
Outside the center, Desiree is a super-mom to four amazing girls. You’ll often find her at the cheer gym, cheering them on louder than anyone else in the room. And if you ever need to find her quickly—just follow the trail of spicy foods and Monster energy drinks!
Giovanna - Office Manager
Our office manager is an essential part of our childcare team, supporting the smooth operation of the center every day. She assists with a wide range of administrative tasks including answering phones, greeting families, filing, organizing documents, managing schedules, and keeping daily operations running efficiently. Beyond the office, she steps in to support teachers whenever needed—helping in classrooms, supervising children, preparing materials, and ensuring each classroom stays on track.
As a mother of four and a full-time student, she brings exceptional multitasking skills, patience, empathy, and real-life experience to her role. Her ability to balance many responsibilities while staying positive and reliable makes her a valued team member who strengthens both our office and our classrooms. She is dedicated, flexible, and always ready to help wherever she is needed, contributing greatly to the success and warmth of our center.
Marisol - Meal Prep Coordinator
Marisol has been part of our center for almost two years and brings so much heart and dedication to everything she does. She has a true love for cooking and takes pride in providing our students with delicious, nutritious meals every day.
She enjoys interacting with the children and building sweet connections as she serves them meals made with care. She also plays an important role in keeping our center clean, organized, and running smoothly.
Outside of work, she loves spending quality time with her family. She is a proud mom of two girls and one son, and they are the joy of her life. On her days off, she also enjoys caring for her plants and watching them grow.
Ms. Alma- Co-Lead Infant Teacher
Ms. Alma brings nearly three years of hands-on childcare experience and recently earned her Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She has a true passion for working with infants—celebrating every smile, milestone, and moment as they grow into their own little personalities.
Outside the classroom, Ms. Alma enjoys spending quality time with her boyfriend, traveling, and diving into her creative hobbies. Whether she’s decorating cakes, crocheting, painting, or relaxing with video games, she brings creativity and joy into everything she does. She’s also an avid anime fan and a proud dog mom to two pups, Azul and Coco.
Ms. Sujeily- Co-Lead Infant Teacher
Sujeily has worked in childcare for over three years and finds joy in watching her students reach important milestones and accomplish new goals each day. She brings patience, love, and kindness into her classroom and is always willing to lend a helping hand whenever it’s needed.
Sujeily is now happily married and is excited to continue growing in her career as she works toward earning her CDA. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality moments with family and friends, as well as exploring new restaurants with her husband.
Mrs. Beverly- Lead Infant 2 Teacher
Mrs. Beverly brings one year of childcare experience and holds a degree in business. She is currently working toward her master’s degree. She does extra training to furthering her knowledge so she can continue to support her students in the best way possible. She loves each of her students deeply and treats them with patience, kindness, and respect. Beverly is extremely dedicated and works hard every day to ensure her students meet their learning goals and grow with confidence.
Outside of the classroom, Beverly is a loving wife and a devoted mother to her 5-year-old son. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing with her family, unwinding with a glass of wine, and listening to her favorite music.
Mrs. Hannah - Lead Toddler Teacher
Ms. Hannah graduated with her degree in Education and is continuing to further her studies. She has been working in childcare for over three years and strives to make the best of every day here at the center. She is also an active member of our Redeemer Lutheran Church. One of her favorite parts of working in our childcare center is building strong, meaningful bonds with the infants and watching their personalities blossom.
In her free time, Ms. Hannah loves gardening, creating art, going on walks, and spending quality time with her boyfriend and family..
Ms. Alex - Co-lead Preschool Teacher
Ms. Alex has been working in childcare for almost a year and brings joy, creativity, excitement, and love into her classroom every day. She is committed to helping her students learn, grow, and achieve their academic goals, and her dedication shines through in everything she does. Alex is deeply devoted to her students, her classroom, and the center as a whole.
In addition to teaching, Alex also works at Saltgrass, where she enjoys serving others and connecting with people. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her boyfriend, family, and friends. She’s also a proud fur mom to a sweet little kitten she absolutely adores.
Ms. Victoria - Co-lead Preschool Teacher
Ms. Victoria has been part of Redeemer for a year and brings a loving, dedicated spirit to our center every day. While balancing work and family life, she is also pursuing her teaching degree, driven by her passion for education and her desire to become the best teacher she can be.
She showers the children with affection, patience, and care. Ms. Victoria strives to give her all each day—teaching, guiding, and encouraging her students to grow, be kind, and become better friends and kiddos every single day.
Ms. Victoria is a proud mom of three beautiful girls whom she loves dearly. In her free time, she cherishes moments with her children and enjoys relaxing by binge-watching her favorite TV shows.
Ms. Sydney - Lead Pre-K 3 Teacher
Sydney graduated from culinary school this past summer and is excited to be getting married to her fiancée next April. She has been working in childcare for about six years and has loved every moment of her journey. Sydney has been part of the Redeemer family for two and a half years and currently serves as the Lead Teacher for Pre-K 3, a role she truly enjoys.
Over the years, she has worked with children of all ages, from 6 weeks to 4 years old. She began her time at Redeemer in the infant room and transitioned to Pre-K 3 in September. Sydney loves teaching her students something new every day, creating fun and engaging activities, and sharing love and care with each child she works with.
Ms. Lexxi - Lead Pre-K 4 Teacher
Ms. Lexxi has been part of the childcare world for a little over two years, and she absolutely loves what she does! She has a big heart for teaching and is always finding new ways to make learning exciting and meaningful. Getting to know each child’s unique personality is one of her favorite parts of the job, and she enjoys creating activities that fit each student’s needs. Most of all, she loves building special, one-of-a-kind relationships with every child in her care.
Ms. Lexxi is also a proud mom to her sweet 2-year-old son, who attends RLCC and brings so much joy to her life. When she’s not in the classroom, you’ll find her pampering herself, shopping, or spending time with her family and friends—always with a smile and lots of love to give
