Misty Baird - Director
Misty began her journey in early childhood almost 30 years ago. She has over 10 years of experience being a daycare director. Her goal is to create a safe, positive, and Christian environment where our staff + students get to build secure connections.
Misty married her husband 27 years ago. They have 4 children and 2 granddaughters. They are currently members of Old River Terrace United Methodist Church. She loves to spend her free time with family and friends.
Natalie Price - Assistant Director
Natalie brings over 8 years of early childhood experience. She helps coordinate and plan almost all of our exciting activities, parties, and events! She works on all of the behind the scenes duties that go on within the office. She looks forward to getting to know the parents and students!
Natalie has been married for 12 years and they have two children. She enjoys spending her free time going to the movies, hanging out with family, and shopping at Target!
Mrs. Becca - Infant Teacher
Mrs. Becca is new to the early childhood world! She has one daughter who also attends RLCC. She picked up her role very quickly and has been a wonderful addition.
In her free time she enjoys hanging out with family, playing with her dog, and going on walks.
Ms. Kinley - Infant Teacher
Ms. Kinley recently graduated from Deer Park High School. She is currently enrolled in college and is majoring in education! She decided to begin her childcare journey while she attains her degree. Her favorite part about working at RLCC is seeing everyone grow!
During her free time, she enjoys eating at the Crawfish Shack and shopping at boutiques. Her favorite sports team is the Astros!
Ms. Victoria - Toddler 1 Teacher
Ms. Victoria has worked in childcare for over 4 years. Her favorite thing about working at RLCC is getting to build connections with her students. She has one daughter and she attends our school!
She enjoys spending her free time with family. She also loves relaxing at home and watching Yellowstone!
Ms. Hannah - Toddler 2 Teacher
Ms. Hannah graduated from GCM and is currently enrolled in college! She is a member of our very own Redeemer Lutheran Church. Her favorite thing about working for our childcare center is getting to bond with all different age groups.
Some of her favorites include spending time with family, reading, and creating art!
Mrs. Stacy - Pre School 2 Teacher
Mrs. Stacy has been teaching for over 20 years! She also has her CDA. Her favorite thing about working at RLCC is watching her students learn and interact with each other. Her granddaughter attends our school too!
She loves spending her free time with her husband and children. Some of her favorite things include watching TV shows and going to chili’s!
Mrs. Belicia
Mrs. Belicia has worked in early childhood for 8 years! She grew up with 11 siblings and is used to the fast pace of three-year-olds! She is now married and has 2 children.
Mrs. Belicia is currently going to college in hopes to become a social worker. She loves eating at Texas Roadhouse and Chilis! Her favorite sports team is the Houston Astros.
Ms. Tasha - Pre-K 3 Teacher
Ms. Tasha has been an early childhood educator for 8 years now! Her favorite thing about working with three year old’s is having new adventures to look forward to daily!
She has one daughter and she attends RLCC! She enjoys spending her free time with family, watching the Dallas Cowboys, and eating at Texas Roadhouse!
Ms. Tessa - Pre-K 4 Aide
Ms. Tessa has taught tumbling and cheer for two years now! After she graduated high school, she decided to work at a daycare while attending college for education. Her favorite activity to do with her students is having a DANCE PARTY!
Ms. Tessa enjoys coaching when she is not at work or school. Her favorite store is lululemon and if you ask her what kind of snack she’d like, it will be goldfish! She also loves to eat at chipotle.
Mrs. Bobbi - Pre-K 4 Teacher
Mrs. Bobbi has taught Pre-K over 20 years! She has a true passion for teaching and enjoys the adventure with her students.
She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and dog, Laddie. Her pride and joy are all of the grandchildren. Her favorite store is Hobby Lobby. If you ask her where she likes to eat, she will say Chuy’s!
Mrs. Brittany - School Age Teacher
Mrs. Brittany has been working with children since she was 17! She went from teaching at a local dance studio to teaching Pre-K full time! She's currently in college to become an elementary school teacher. Her favorite thing about working at RLCC is getting to build secure connections with her students and watching their progress throughout the year.
She enjoys spending free time with her husband and daughter. She also enjoys eating brunch at First Watch and going to Hobby Lobby.
Ms. Dakota - School Age Teacher
Ms. Dakota graduated high school in 2021. She was on the drill team & held a dance officer title for two years. This gave her teaching and leadership experience! Her favorite part of working at RLCC is when she asks her students how their day was after they get off the bus.
Ms. Dakota enjoys hanging out with her friends and dog, cash. She also likes to spend her free time driving around in her new car.
Mrs. Alison- Office Assistant
Mrs. Alison has worked in childcare for over 5 years! Her favorite part about working at RLCC is shaping young minds. She has one daughter who attends RLCC!
She loves to eat at crawfish kings and shop at Marshalls! In her free time, she loves to duck hunt and go shopping.
